    Summary:
    Support Disney’s Enterprise Technology operations by building real-time dashboards, operational analytics, and predictive models that safeguard the health and availability of critical technology platforms. Leverage data engineering and visualization to improve incident response, reduce mean time to restore (MTTR), and ensure reliable IT service delivery at enterprise scale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement monitoring strategies, self-service analytics, and real-time dashboards for operational visibility across Disney’s technology ecosystem.
    • Develop data pipelines using Python and SQL to extract, clean, and integrate datasets from Snowflake and other cloud platforms.
    • Create anomaly-detection and predictive analytics to identify service risks and enable proactive issue prevention.
